What is a "white-label" license, and how does it work?

When you purchase the White Label add-on you receive a lifetime white-label license with your purchase. This means you can take our product, remove our branding, add your own branding, and use it with your own clients. We do the work, you get the credit.

Here's how the white label license works.

You're allowed to:

• Use or Give SOPs with your private 1-on-1 clients
• Make changes to SOPs, remove our logo, add your logo and modify anything else you need to change
• Request new SOPs from us. If it makes sense for our community, we'll create them for you

Here's what's prohibited. You're not allowed to:

• Sell ClickMinded SOPs
• Make ClickMinded SOPs public on your site as content or as a downloadable
• Offer ClickMinded SOPs to a large paid or unpaid private group (email lists, Facebook groups, Slack channels, online courses)
• Give away ClickMinded SOPs to leads, prospects or non-paying clients
• Make small changes to ClickMinded SOPs and then re-purpose them as your own for anyone that isn't a private, 1-on-1 client.

Do I lose the "white-label" license if I ask for a refund and return the product?

Yes. If you enroll in the product, and then later decide it's not a good fit and ask for a refund, your white-label license is immediately revoked. You are required to delete all copies of ClickMinded SOP products still in your possession, and you are not allowed to use them with clients, prospects, or anyone else.

Our legal team aggressively monitors ex-customers who ask for refunds and then re-sell our product or violate our intellectual property rights. We highly recommend not going down this road.
